I work with boards, business owners, and executive teams when the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t clear.
My role is to bring calm, direct, practical support. I help leadership teams have the conversations they’ve been avoiding, align around what matters, and turn decisions into action.
I’ve spent more than 20 years in leadership, governance, and operational roles across transport, construction, agriculture, petroleum, mining, and heavy equipment. I understand both the boardroom and the frontline, and I know how easily strategy can fall apart when people, culture, and execution aren’t aligned.
My approach is simple: listen first, dig for the truth, then build a pathway people can actually follow.
No jargon. No ego. Just clear thinking, honest conversations, and steady progress.
